Private Yoga provides a way for you to not only have your own quiet space personally tailored and curated just for you, but to also enjoy one on one time with an experienced yoga instructor who can help take your practice, and quite possibly your life, to the next level. Currently, Jessica, our studio owner and founder is our sole Private Yoga Teacher. Jessica has been teaching private yoga for over 8 years and over that course of time, has offered many modalities as an option to her private clients. Every client that is new to Jessica's sessions start with her signature 20 minute postural assessment, then progress onto a 60 minute session targeted exactly for each client's needs as determined by Jessica's assessments and the client’s request. Clients can choose to do one session, or choose to do privates on a weekly, or even daily basis by purchasing private client packages.
